Return Policy:

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days with a valid receipt. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with an original register or online order receipt. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased.

 

Online Return Authorization must be obtained prior to returning merchandise. Authorization may take up to 2 business days to process. Please email support@transformerman.com to receive authorization. A copy of the sales receipt and return form must be included in all returns and exchanges.

 

No refunds or exchanges will be made on sealed items that are unwrapped.

 

The customers is responsible for any return shipping charges unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

 

Credit card refunds will be made to the original form if payment. Credit card refunds can take up to five days to process.

 

The Transformerman staff may contact a customer if additional information is needed.

Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs. There is no warehouse handling fee. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
  • Items(s) ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday.
  • Items sold are packaged in sturdy new boxes with foam, paper, or bubble wrap.
  • Out of state ordered Will not be charged a sales tax unless required by your state. California State Sales Tax (%7.8) applies to California Residents only.
  • International Shipping is available for most Countries. Message support@transformerman for an exact quote.
  • Combined shipping discount is available. The total will automatically calculated during checkout.  

 

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 24hrs of the purchase. The customer will determine the shipping carrier. The United States Postal Service is the default carrier. Other carriers may be selected by the customer:

In Store Pick Up (1 business day) An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. Please allow 24 hrs for pick up at store orders to be ready.

Tracking information will be sent via email to the customer. If you have not received tracking information please contact support@transformerman.com or call (949) 954 3267.

 

Customers may be contacted prior to shipping.

Reasons include:

An item on the customer order may no longer be available and a substitute may be needed or the item may need to removed from the order

A special request was made by the customer

Inaccurate billing or shipping information
